Benefit from the motivation of a group health and fitness challenge whilst being able to choose what you learn and improve as an individual.

Week 0 starts - Monday 3rd August

Admin, signs ups, goal setting, information on measuring progress and expectations.

Choose your method > Macro tracking/calorie counting, food journaling, habit checklists

Week 1 starts - Friday 7th August

8 weeks of nutrition education, habit building and progress towards your individual goal.

Week 8 starts - Friday 25th August

This is a group program like no other - you choose what you work on, with the information and tips for a range of nutrition skills presented so that you can work on them at your own pace.

Want to learn how to track macros and count calories? We have a step by step guide to help you learn this skill. You will have access to the FNC Diet Builder or can use an app such as MyFitnessPal.

Not into weighing, measuring food or looking at numbers? Food journaling or habit tracking might be your choice and you will have access to our FNC templates for these mindful eating tools, or you can use a handwritten journal or app.

Group aspect:

  • Private Facebook group to share meal inspiration, talk about the habits you are working on, share ideas and motivate each other.

  • Weekly posts by FNC coaches, tips on how to work on your chosen nutrition skill each week and Q&A’s

  • 2x weekly group call opportunities with FNC coaches via Google Meets

We are big on making nutrition as easy as possible. We want to help you make it part of your lifestyle by making it personal, individualised and building habits rather than following generic plans. We will help guide you through forming supportive habits and breaking old habits which aren’t supporting your progress.
