Nutrition isn't luck — it's a skill
The Nutrition Is A Skill workshop was created with an aim to simplify, and also outline the many components of nutrition. By comparing Nutrition to a high skill movement such as an Olympic lift, FNC outlines that to execute skill development effectively, it is important to focus on one or two components at a time to build confidence and a strong foundation
By attending the Nutrition is a Skill Workshop, attendees will be able to create their own enjoyable and sustainable way of eating with the new knowledge and understanding of nutrition they’ve acquired.
The “Nutrition is a Skill” Workshop is broken into 3 Sections:
Introduction
What influences our nutritional choices?
Common fads, diets & myths
