Habit Building Program

 

An 8 Week program aimed at helping you build long term, healthy habits.

This program is for anyone who has an understanding of nutrition and wants healthy eating to become second nature.

  • Do you have an understanding of what foods are sources of protein, carbs and fats?

  • Do you understand which foods are Calorie dense indulgences?

  • Do you have an idea of which foods you want to eat more of and which you want to reduce?

BUT, despite knowing all of that, it’s just not happening for you?

We will help you put your nutritional knowledge into action.

We want you to have more time and energy by making healthy eating feel automatic.

If you’re constantly yo-yo dieting, on and off a diet, or trying to do a 180 with your habits, this program will teach you how to create long lasting change and stick to habits that are aligned with your goals.

The strategies that are used will help you build healthy eating and lifestyle habits that can lead to you feeling happier and more confident.

You’ll gain an understanding of nutrition education, but most importantly develop the skills to build habits and apply these strategies beyond the 8 weeks.

It includes personal weekly check-ins with FNC Coach Josh, a community of like-minded individuals, daily lessons, fortnightly group discussions and the option of 2 video calls with Josh that you can use any time over the 8 weeks.

 Program inclusions:
- Daily Lessons on Habit Building and Behaviour Change delivered via email.


- Weekly Check Ins using the FNC Habit Tracker (a google spreadsheet that you’ll be shown how to use on your laptop and/or smart phone)


- Fortnightly Group Zoom Discussions


- 2x Optional 1-on-1 Video Consults with FNC Coach Josh at any stage during the 8 Week Program

 
- Access to a private Facebook group with other participants of the program to ask questions, open discussions and have community support

- Intro to Nutrition PDF Booklet with explanations of macronutrients, sources and portions guides

The program is delivered online

via email lessons, group discussions, weekly checks ins on a Google Sheets Spreadsheet, and optional video calls.
