Also consider your setting and mood.

Will you enjoy it more when you're stressed or after a good day?

🚦 Permission:

Give yourself permission to enjoy the indulgence.

Make it unconditional permission.

It's very hard to feel guilty about something you allow yourself to enjoy.

You'll find you'll enjoy it more, and a more sensible amount.

If you feel like you're doing something wrong, you might do it fast and pretend like it didn't happen.

You'll end up over doing it then reinforcing the guilt.

Permission removes guilt.
