If you aren’t using the Fortitude Nutrition Coaching Diet Builder, you might be using My Fitness Pal to log your food. If you want to share your My Fitness Pal entries with your coach, there are a few easy steps to follow.

But....make sure you make it all the way to Tips 4 & 5 or your coach still won't be able to see what you are eating.
If you know your coach’s My Fitness Pal username, skip ahead to Step 3. Otherwise use their email address in Step 2.

To save you time, we’ve added averaged entries for mixed vegetables, baked vegetables, berries and fruit. This will save you time and might even encourage you to eat more plants and a wider variety of plants. Big wins!
When added plants, search “TeamFNC” for the averaged entries per 100 grams.
